Winter Tourism 
People are interested in nature have increased dramatically in recent years. Modern facilities are attractive, if they are blended harmoniously into the surrounding landscape. Although the ideas, hopes and desires of tourists used to the Center for travel and subsistence, the emphasis has shifted to include activities in the wild. Tourism has many different meanings, as an important factor in tourism is the man. If people alters their ideas, needs and aspirations, the importance of tourism and changes. Advanced technology, combined with routine has monotonic affect passengers' attitudes. Tourists want to see something special, which has been prepared for them. Therefore, special tours alternatives are more important today. Ministry of Tourism in Turkey is seeking to use its nearly one million bed capacity in the most productive way to the new tourism policies. It will provide financial support to the development of new tourist areas, which are tourism and natural potential. Under this new plan, new regions, which have historical and natural potential will be added as an alternative tourist destination. One of the main projects in this program is to recognize the value of the mountains.
Climate: Denizli province is located in Turkey in the area around the Aegean. But the climate is not only in the Aegean throughout the province. Terrestrial climate is felt in the middle of the province as part as a street grid from the beach until Terrestrial areas. The region is not as hot as the sea because of climatic differences. The interior is exposed to winds that come from the Aegean Sea, because the mountains are situated directly into the sea. Zimite is rainy and sometimes snow, but generally warm. But the high mountains are usually snow in winter. Honaz mountain, Mount Karci, Mount Babadağ, Mount Karkın Bozdag and mountains suitable for skiing, because of their topographical situation. Slopes of the mountains repay the ski slopes.
Suitable winter sports areas
Mount Honaz: Its height is 2,571 meters and is located 17 km southeast of Denizli. Slopes are straight. This is the highest mountain in the province. This is a protected area as a national park. There is snow on the peak in most of the year. Ski Run project began about 16 km from the highway.
Mount Karcı: It extends south of Denizli as part of the mountain Babadağ. Gökbel Hill is the highest part of the mountain, which is about 2.308 M. Kazıklıbeli staroplaninskiya crossing between Mt. Karcı and Mt. Honaz connecting the Aegean and Mediterranean regions. There is always snow on top.
Mount Bozdağ: This is between Acıpayam Gireniz and practice-Barza Plateau and Plains is 2,421 meters high. There is not a suitable transport between the two cities, so there is a plan to be incorporated into the ski center elevation of 2475 meters after Yorga roads in the village was completed. If it was built, it will be the only ski center in the western Anatolia.
Mount Karkın: It Karagöz plateau and Gürsu village in Çameli area. There is always snow on top. Slopes of the mountain is ideal for skiing. There are many old trees as well. Karkyn mountain is also the main route for the trip to Fethiye Denizli. Transportation of the mountain is stabilized over time.
Mount Babadağ: Its height is 2,308 M. It extends south and west of Denizli. It is also known as Mt. Akdağ, which is part of Menteşe mountain. There is always snow on top.
