Edirne Guide
Edirne is on Europe lands in Turkey. The city was the central Ottoman Empire for a long time. There are many historic buildings, reflects Ottoman architecture. The most important of them is Selimiye Mosque, which really impressed you with its beautiful appearance. And the city bordering Greece and Bulgaria.
Dogubeyazit Guide
Dogubeyazit, or jocularly referred to as "Doggy Biscuit" is a small but pleasant town on the way to Iran. It is in the far east of Turkey in the grass side of a flat-rate levels, all the way up to Mount Ararat (supposed restingplace of Noah's Ark) that you will benefit from the small size of the city, the unexpected kindness and capable of Iranians to talk about spending their holidays abroad. Be sure to visit the Ishak Pasha Palace!
On the main road there is a small travel agency, where you can book a nice evening programme with the local music in an authentic atmosphere under the Ishak Pasha Palace. It is also possible to book half or full day tips on Noah's Ark, the slopes of Mount Ararat, visit small villages and the meteore within the no-mans-land between the NATO country Turkey and Iran.
Another travel agency (Tamzara Trek) is located in the hotel Urartu (opposite the post office) offers similar half-day tours (visit Ishak Pasha Palace, Noah's Ark, Meteor Crater, stopping in the Kurdish villages on the way) and one day tours including visiting the Hot Springs in Diyadin. On demand, they organize a trip into the cave, where the special micro-climate makes the cave in a refrigerator in summer, while the temperature rises in winter.
