Bulgarian tourists have wide range of winter tourism opportunities in Europe

Bulgarian skiers have plenty of opportunities for their winter vacation. TouristMedia.info researched winter destinations in Europe that offer affordable tourism packages and a quality winter sports experience.

Prices for accommodation and other services in Austrian and Italian resorts are close to those in Bulgarian resorts. A number of tour operators offer package vacation in Austria. For example a seven-night stay in a three-star hotel in the Austrian resorts Kitzbühel and Pitztal, including a six-day ski pass for costs between 300 and 400 euro per person.
Prices are similar in the Italian winter resort of Montecampione.

French resorts among which Val d’Isere and Les Arcs offer prices reaching as low as 500 to 600 euro. Prices are highest in the Swiss Alps. A seven-day vacation in Gstaad including a ski pass costs as much as 800 euro, travel expenses excluded.

Winter resorts in Italy and Austria are the most affordable for Bulgarian tourists. A ski pass in Austria and Italy gives tourists access to hundreds of kilometers of slopes, since facilities connect one resort zone to another.

Winter Tourism Season Is Coming Up!

Hello friends, how are you all doing ? I hope everything is ok out there.Recently I am in Turkey and waiting for my paperwork is done to get back the USA.I am on what John Lennon’s -one of the creators of the Beatles- says about life nowadays; “Life is what happens to you while you’re busy making other plans.” That’s right indeed! The life is flowing so fast and silently while we are busy making other plans.

Soon, I am gonna write several posts about winter tourism in the world.Where, when, why; highlits, features, opportunities, different experiences; adresses, tel. numbers, nice locations…

Here in Turkey winter tourism season is about to start after several weeks and this country really has excellent spots for a winter vacation.Especially the cities such as Bursa, Erzurum, Bolu, Gumushane (and several more) provinces of Turkey attracts tourist from all over the world. The natural beauties of these places, high mountains, attractive features, unbeleiveable winter sports experiences make those kinda prestige centers. Most of the ski resorts have nice hotels, bars, skiinstructors, restaurants even swimming pools.

Turkey is mostly known for its summer tourism but increasing numbers show that Turkey’s winter tourism is about to take its deserved worldwide place. And I claim Turkey to be one of the best winter tourism centers in the world.

I am now in Bingol province of Turkey for a short visit. There’s not too many things this city can offer but especially its famous spa center -thermal springs- is to be mentioned. In my next post, I will tell you guys about it and give you contact information.I have been there two times in last three days. That was excellent experience really.

Wait for my next post about it and coming posts for winter tourism centers in Turkey.

Turkey: Continuing to Attract Investment Despite the Global Economic Climate

The country’s property market is booming, with prices expected to continue rising over the next five years. New government laws enabling investors from overseas to buy land have contributed partly to the growing interest in the market and, more recently, the strength of the euro means that thrifty holiday makers are looking for destinations where they’ll get more for their pound.

With Mediterranean countries becoming increasingly expensive, it seems as though even the big Spanish developers have a growing interest in what they can achieve in this exciting land of opportunity, which benefits enormously from being outside of the euro zone. It’s not just property investors that expect great things from Turkey either; supermarkets, banks and car manufacturers are all looking for a piece of the action!

Turkish overseas property investment is largely intended for the rental market, which remains strong. Prices in Kalkan – home to a large expatriate community – have accelerated over recent times, with resorts on both the Mediterranean and Aegean coasts, such as: Antalya, Alanya, Fethiye, Dalyan, Marmaris, Bodrum, Kusadasi, and Kas, all proving incredibly popular with overseas buyers. Villas, apartments, flats and houses are available to suit a wide range of investment budgets.

Property investors in Turkey will encounter few problems when it comes to attracting tourists either – the country has a thriving tourism industry and no end of activities and interests for visitors who return year after year to take part in anything from paragliding and skydiving, to visiting museums and learning calligraphy…and that’s before they have sampled the Turkish cuisine!

The country’s capital, Ankara is more likely to accommodate business travellers or those with a keen interest in ancient history than holiday makers, who can be found in Istanbul, where they’re able to experience an overlap between European and Asian cultures – market haggling and mystical rugs, followed by designer shops and clubbing.

So, with a flourishing tourism industry, booming property market and effortless access to the country via numerous budget airlines – as well as the appeal to holiday makers of a destination outside of the euro zone – Turkey as an investment opportunity is an increasingly appealing prospect. Indeed, with prices looking likely to continue rising, many reports question whether there has ever been a better time to invest.

Prices are currently cheaper than anywhere else in the region and, with the strength of the euro likely to deter UK holiday makers from visiting EU countries, the Turkish property market isn’t showing any signs of slowing. So, if you’re seeking new ways to make your money work for you during a challenging economic climate, perhaps now is the time to consider this market for your next venture?

3 Day Cappadocia Tour from Antalya

In the heart of Anatolia , wind and water have created eccentric sceneries, magnificent shapes of cones, pyramids and needles. People shaped these stones into churches, houses and cities, and created a heaven for themselves in the nature. At last Turks named here as Cappadocia , which means “fairy chimneys”.

We reach to Cappadocia , where there are thousands of fairy chimneys, by passing through Taurus mountains , high parts of Anatolia . In the tour program, we visit underground cities, namely Kaymaklý, Üçhisar and Taubental, which were hiding places of Christians. Second day we visit Göreme open air museum and carpet looms, where you will see fabulous hand-made carpets.
